Finnish Car Recycling Ltd will operate as a so called producer group, which co-ordinates the collection, treatment and recycling of end-of life vehicles according to the requirements laid down in the ELV Directive. Finnish Car Recycling is owned by The Association of Automobile Importers in Finland.
